Provenance Engineering was selected by the Town of Brock to develop a Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan addressing current and future wastewater demands driven by regional growth. The project scope included evaluating the existing wastewater treatment systems, estimating future demands, and creating a phased 30-year Capital Improvements Program (CIP) that prioritizes infrastructure needs and identifies potential funding sources. Provenance secured 100% of planning funds.

The team leveraged GIS technology to develop detailed presentation figures for proposed projects and coordinated closely with stakeholders to evaluate current and future wastewater demands.
