Provenance Engineering was selected by the City of Stephenville to provide design, bid, and construction phase services for upgrades to the city’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. In the first phase, the team conducted a conceptual process study that identified operational deficiencies. The project includes evaluating current processes and infrastructure to determine rehabilitation or replacement needs and developing budget-conscious options.
