Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Study

City of Rio Vista

Project Details

The City of Rio Vista selected Provenance Engineering to provide design, bid, and construction phase services for a wastewater treatment plant expansion. The first phase involved a conceptual-level study completed in just two months. Provenance presented findings to the Johnson County Commissioners Court on behalf of the City, successfully securing 75% of the estimated project cost in ARPA funds. The project includes a new headworks structure, a 300% increase in treatment capacity to meet growth demands, and upgrades to the existing processes and infrastructure.
