Solutions

Provenance Engineering completed the condition assessment of more than 1,000 assets and organized that data into a report to the City. Provenance then used the findings from the condition assessment, along with the city’s desired improvements, to develop a 5-year Capital Improvements Plan totaling $35M. The condition assessment will be the first phase in an Asset Management Program for the city. The relationships and trust developed between Provenance and the city allowed the team to focus on a data-driven solution for the asset management and capital improvements plan.
