Using the assessment data and the City’s priorities, Provenance developed a $50M, 5-year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). This condition assessment serves as the foundation for Grapevine’s future Asset Management Program. Provenance’s collaborative approach and data-driven methodology enabled the delivery of a strategic, actionable plan tailored to the City’s needs.
