The City of Stephenville selected Provenance Engineering to perform the design, bid and construction phase services of street reconstruction including 30-inch stormwater pipeline with multiple stormwater inlets, street reconstruction including new concrete curb and gutter, replacement water and sewer line including manholes, fire hydrants, and service connections.
