The City of Grapevine selected Provenance Engineering from a short list of firms to perform a condition assessment of all city owned water and wastewater infrastructure assets. Provenance used the findings from the condition assessment of over 1,000 assets, along with the City’s desired improvements, to develop a 5-year Capital Improvements Plan totaling $50M. Through a collaborative team approach with the City, Provenance was able to reduce schedule and meet the City’s expedited schedule.

Provenance developed a 5-year Capital Improvements Plan totaling $50M through a collaborative team approach with the City. Provenance was able to spread the expenditures over a 5-year period to reduce the impacts to the City’s budget.
